随着疫情的缓解，英国政府表示，符合安全标准的零售商店可能会在6月15日重新开业。FastfashionNext计划在6月15日恢复25家门店的运营。

东京时间5月25日，日本首相安倍晋三宣布四个都会区和北海道的紧急状态将被解除，这标志着日本47个都道府县将全部实现解禁。

根据世邦魏理仕最新发布的《酒店视野预测报告》，美国酒店经历了2020年历史上最严重的业绩下滑之后，美国住宿需求将在2022年第三季度恢复到疫前水平。
世邦魏理仕同时也预测，奢华酒店的入住率将达到33.4%，为2020年最低水平。相反，经济型酒店预计将实现最高的年入住率，达到46.4%。

09|全球首家“24K镀金酒店”在越南兴建
越南河内的金湖酒店将成为全球首家“24K镀金酒店”。
这座建筑由HoaBinh集团于2009年开始动工，位于河内巴丁区(BaDinh)的江武湖(GiangVoLake)岸边，是越南首都的黄金地段之一。建筑预计将于2020年内完工。
据当地媒体介绍，这座高25层的建筑外墙使用了5000平方米的镀金瓷砖，内部装饰24K金的镀金家具，以及一个大型的屋顶游泳池。

投资集团GordonBrothers宣布向美国零售商BrooksBrothers提供2000万美元有担保定期贷款。
BrooksBrothers执行副总裁兼首席财务官StevenG.Goldaper表示，GordonBrothers以品牌为中心的融资方式能帮助BrooksBrothers快速制订并执行专业的资本解决方案，帮助品牌实现长期可持续发展。此前有传言称BrooksBrothers近年来的表现每况愈下，更背负高达6亿美元债务，正在考虑申请破产。

近日，瑞士户外品牌Odlo及其子公司OdloInternational被MonteRosaSportsHoldingAG收购，交易已于5月13日完成，具体收购金额官方尚未透露。
据悉，MonteRosa自成立以来，HugoMaurstad已对运动和休闲领域的多个品牌进行投资，包括法国顶级户外集团Rossignol旗下品牌Rossignol、Dynastar、Lange、Look等。

03|日本运动品牌DESCENTE增持与安踏的中国合资公司股份
5月22日，日本运动集团DESCENTE宣布，增持中国合资公司DescenteChinaHoldingLimited的股份至40%，本次交易预计于6月下旬完成。
根据条款，DESCENTE将成立全资子公司JV-IP，负责DESCENTE品牌在中国的商标权等知识产权的管理。到今年12月，DCH将持有90%的合资ip,Descente将持有10%的合资ip，但交易仍在与安踏集团协商中。

04|英国品牌CathKidston出售部分业务，依旧无力偿还9000万英镑债务
4月21日，CathKidston管理层宣布，为偿担保债务，品牌的电商平台、授权和批发业务以1780万英镑的价格，通过独立出售流程出售给CathKidston当前的控股方——亚洲私募基金BaringPrivateEquity控股旗下的CKAcquisitionsLimited。CathKidston今后仍可以在网站上进行销售。
据悉，出售资金远远少于9000万英镑的索赔金额。而由于租赁的店面已经移交给房东管理，一旦品牌出现无力支付此前租金的情况，或是店铺内部需要重新维修，房东们的索赔金额会大大增加。

05|英国启动5000万英镑高街恢复基金
英国政府日前为议会拨款5000万英镑用于支持本地高街品牌，以及6月15日英国商店重开后的一系列安全措施。
款项将于6月1日正式投入使用，范围从拉特兰议会的3.5万英镑到伯明翰议会的100万英镑不等。英国商业街大臣西蒙克拉克(SimonClarke)表示，重新开放高街将是英国启动经济复苏的关键。
