金色相对论 | UMining CTO：小算力币种的第一批ASIC矿机和高算力低功耗的大币种ASIC矿机将会是下一代矿工追逐的主要机型:本期金色相对论中，UMining CTO Terry Xing博士表示：现在比特币挖矿的回本周期已经大大延长了，很多矿机比如莱特币的矿机已经几乎在停机边缘了，从矿工追求回报的角度来说，我认为下一代的矿机有两种趋势，一种就是为算力竞争相对较小的币种开发的第一批ASIC矿机，比如ZCash矿机，通过相对较高的算力竞争力来获得回报，这样的ASIC的矿机会逐渐淘汰GPU矿机。但这样的矿机有一个风险就是小币种为了ASIC抵抗进行的分叉；还有一种矿机就是由于芯片的研发改进，进行不断提高算力和减小能耗的优化所推出的大币种矿机。比如某些厂商推出了30T+的比特币矿机，但能耗提高的却不大。这样的矿机也会逐渐的淘汰小算力比如10几T的但是同样能耗水平的矿机。当然挖矿的回报是根据成本，算力竞争和币价三方面因素综合决定。回报也是因人而异，比如有些人的电费可以忽略不计，那么可以采用费电但是售价低的矿机。有些人电费成本高或者电力容量有限就可以尝试回本周期快但是售价高的矿机。[2018/8/24]
