韩国姜钟贤团伙涉嫌操纵Bithumb股价及贪污案今日初审，涉贪金额超4800万美元:3月22日消息，韩国法院今日对加密交易所Bithumb实控人姜钟贤等四人涉嫌操纵股价及贪污渎职案进行了首次审判，对其的下次审判时间定于4月19日上午。
在今天的审判中，韩国检方表示，“姜钟贤以不正当方式收购姜智妍（姜钟贤的妹妹）、以及Vidente、Bucket Studio和INBIOGEN的股份来获得经营权，他担任这3家公司和Bithumb附属公司的董事长，并实际经营这些公司。在此过程中，尽管发生了多次股票变动，但他们与会计等人串通，违反信息披露义务，获取不正当利益。检方查明，姜某团伙贪污共计628亿韩元（约合4803万美元）。据悉，Vidente是Bithumb单一最大股东，Vidente的最大股东是INBIOGEN，INBIOGEN的最大股东是Bucket Studio。
此外，去年7月，姜钟贤还通过发布虚假信息（FTX与Bithumb收购谈判传言）诱导Vidente股价上涨，尽管在Vidente公司层面并未与FTX进行具体商谈，但传出利好消息，将借名持有的可转换债券转换为股票后进行处置，获取市场利润。[2023/3/22 13:18:55]
