美众议院监管稳定币的立法将对类似于UST的稳定币实施为期两年的禁令:9月21日消息，美国众议院正在起草的监管稳定币的立法将对类似于UST的稳定币实施为期两年的禁令，根据该法案的最新版本，发行或创建新的“内生抵押的稳定币”（endogenously collateralized stablecoins）是非法的。该定义将适用于公开销售的稳定币，这些稳定币能够以固定数量的货币价值进行兑换、赎回或回购，并且仅依靠来自同一创建者的另一种数字资产的价值来维持其固定价格。
