1.MerchantApplication
ToapplytobecomeaKuCoinP2Pmerchant,youmustprovidethecorrespondingapplicationdocumentationandprovideasecuritydeposit.Yourmerchantfeatureswillbeunlockedafterapproval.

AfterbecomingaKuCoinP2Pmerchant,youareexpectedtorespondtomessagesinatimelymanner,makepaymentsandreleasecoinsinatimelymanner,maintainagoodcustomerserviceattitude,showrespecttoplatformusersandstaff,donotcancelordersforarbitraryreasons,donotmakemaliciousappeals,donotmaliciouslydelayorders,andhelpjointlymaintaintheorderoftheplatform.
2.ReceiptandPayment
2.1Whenmerchantsmakepaymentstousers,theymustuseanaccountwiththesamedetailsastheirplatformidentityverification.
2.2Whenmerchantsreceivepaymentsfromusers,theymustuseanaccountthathasbeenverifiedbytheplatform.
2.3DuetoKYCrequirements,iftheuserthemerchantismakingpaymenttoattemptstouseanaccountthathasnotpassedidentityverificationtoreceivepayment,theordermaybecanceled.
2.4DuetoKYCrequirements,iftheuserthemerchantisreceivingapaymentfromattemptstouseanaccountthathasnotpassedidentityverificationtomakethepayment,themerchantmayasktheusertocanceltheorder.Ifthemerchanthasalreadyreceivedpaymentfromtheuser,theymayreturnittothesenderaccountthenasktheusertocanceltheorder.
3.AssetSecurityRegulations
3.1Merchantsarenotallowedtoengageinanytransactionsinvolvingillicitfunds.
3.2Ifthereisausercomplaintthattheirbankcardorotheraccountswerefrozenduetoamerchantpayment,themerchantisrequiredtoactivelyworkwithplatformstafftoprovidereasonableevidentiarymaterials.
3.3Iftheiraccountisfrozen,merchantsshouldcontactofficialcustomerserviceassoonaspossibletoprovideinformationonthefrozenaccountandreasonableevidencethatthefreezewasrelatedtotheplatform.
3.4Ifillegaldigitalassetsorfundsflowintotheplatformduetotheactionsofamerchant,resultinginassetlossesorlegalriskstotheplatformanditsusers,theplatformhastherighttosuspendmerchantfunctionalityandaccountassets.Merchantsarerequiredtoactivelycooperatewiththeresultingjudicialinvestigation.
4.MerchantViolations
Inordertostandardizetheoperationoftheplatform,merchantsarerequiredtoactivelycooperatewithplatformstafftorectifythefollowingregulations.Ifthemerchantfailstocooperatewithplatformstaff,theplatformhastherighttotakemeasuressuchasissuingawarning,removingmerchantfunctionality,freezingdeposits,confiscatingdeposits,freezingtheaccount,issuingfines,andblacklistingthemerchant.
1.Violationsoftheaforementionedreceiptandpaymentorassetsecurityregulations.
2.Encouraginguserstoengageinofflineoroff-platformtrades.
3.Lossofuserassetsduetoorderprocessingdelays,orderdisputes,fraud,accountfreezing,andreasonsattributabletothemerchant.
4.UseandfraudulentexploitationofpaymentsmethodssuchasPayPal.
5.Maliciousexploitationofplatformloopholesforprofit.
6.Merchantswhohavebeensuspectedbyauthoritiesofillegalorcriminalactivities.
7.Askinguserstopayadditionalfees,ordishonestuseofredenvelopestocollecthandlingfees.
8.Multipleappealsbyusersduetothemerchantmarkingapaymentaspaidwheninfactnopaymenthasbeenmade.
9.Multipleappealsbyusersduetomaliciousdelayofpaymentorreleaseofassets.
10.Seriouscircumstancesoffailuretocooperatewithcustomerservicetohandleorderdisputesordeliberatedelays.
11.Failuretocooperatewithcustomerservicewhenausersubmitsanappealthattheyhaveoverpaidthemerchantorthemerchanthasunderpaidthem.
12.Failuretoactivelycooperatewithcustomerservicewhenanorderiscanceledbymistakeorbytimeoutafteralreadyreceivingatransferfromtheuser.
13.Submissionofmaliciousorderappealswhentheuserhasnotviolatedanyrules.
14.Failuretoprovideanewpaymentmethodinatimelymannerwhenanissueisfoundwiththemerchant’sreceivingaccount,orprovisionofanewpaymentmethodbutmultipleuserappealsoffailuretoreleaseassetsintimedespitethereceiptofuserpayment.
15.Failuretocooperatewhenauser’sbankcardoraccountisfrozenasaresultofamerchantpayment.
16.Disclosureofauser’sname,account,contactinformation,orotherinformationwithouttheirconsent.
17.Spreadingmaliciousrumorsabouttheplatformonsocialmediaplatforms.
18.Submissionoffalseinformationonthemerchantapplication.
19.Useofthepaymentaccountonanotherplatform,onwhichithasbeenflaggedformoneylaunderingorotherviolations.
20.Buyingtheinformationoraccountsofotherusersfortransactions.
21.Nopendingordersforasignificantperiodoftime(inactivity).
22.Maliciousplacementofordersforthepurposeofdisruptingpricesandtradesontheplatform.
23.Registrationofsockpuppetaccounts(directlyorthroughanintermediary)tomaliciouslysnatchordersordisruptthemarketorder.
24.Abusive,threatening,orhostilebehaviortowardsplatformusersandstaff.
25.Multiplecomplaintsfromusersorrepeatedwarningsfromcustomerserviceandstaff.
Thecontentoutlinedintheseregulationsmaybeadjustedandsupplementedatanytimeinaccordancewiththeactualoperationalsituationoftheplatform.Platformstaffhavetherighttoissuedifferentdisciplinarymeasuresagainstmerchantsinaccordancewiththeactualsituation.
5.CancelationofMerchantFunctions
Ifamerchantwishestocanceltheirmerchantstatus,theymustsubmitanapplicationtotheplatform.Onreceivingtheapplication,theplatformwillfirstrevokethemerchant’sabilitytopostads.Ifthemerchanthasnoactiveorderdisputesandnorecordofviolations,theplatformwillunfreezetheirsecuritydepositwithin7workingdays.Merchantscannotapplyformerchantfunctionswithin30daysaftertheirmerchantfunctionshavebeencanceled.
