以太坊预计将在2022年Q2进行合并，合并后首要任务为解锁Staking合约中锁定的ETH:11月7日消息，Coinbase加密工程师yuga发推总结11月6日的以太坊社区电话会议，此次会议关键信息包括：合并预计将在2022年第二季度左右进行（可能会发生变化）；合并期间预计不会出现停机；这是一个“共识热交换”；合并将以太坊业务逻辑分为两层，共识层是验证节点对区块、最终性等进行投票，节点客户端包括Prysmatic Labs和Teku，执行层是节点构建区块、验证交易等，客户端包括Geth和Nethermind；合并后节点运营商除了现有的执行节点外，还必须提出一个共识节点；在Staking合约中锁定的ETH在合并后将保持锁定状态。以太坊社区在合并后的首要任务是解锁质押的ETH。
