比特币矿企Riot延迟提交10-K文件:金色财经报道，比特币矿企Riot Platforms(RIOT)推迟向美国证券交易委员会提交其年度10-K报告，原因是其会计师事务所就该公司与其比特币资产相关的减值计算提出了问题。Riot在周四提交给美国证券交易委员会（SEC）的文件中写道，“在评估了这种修订后的减值评估方法的影响后，注册人确定其某些财务报表和报告中存在重大错误。”具体来说，Riot表示其之前发布的2022年、2021年和2020年的财务报表“包含重大错误，因此不应作为评估依据。”Riot表示正在努力修改其业绩，并希望在15天的提交延期窗口内提交年度报告。
