Huobi 调整 Prime 规则 成交代币全部返还:据官方消息，5月17日，Huobi Global 调整第七期优选上币（Huobi Prime）活动规则，在原有 Prime规则的基础上，Huobi 计划 Prime活动结束后3个工作日内，将活动成交的HT返还给用户，相当于活动成交的代币免费赠送。
按照原有规则，Prime活动分为两轮：第一轮为抽签，第二轮为等比例瓜分。在抽签轮中，用户在活动页面中使用HT下单参与抽签，第二轮则是等比例分配，规则按买一价格上的挂单数量进行等比例分配。
