StarkNet已启动治理第一阶段的“协议变更投票”:12月15日消息，StarkWare旗下L2解决方案StarkNet已启动治理的第一阶段“协议变更投票”，投票过程为：基金会向Goerli部署StarkNet更新版本；选民有6天的时间来检查在Goerli上运行的升级版本；如果提案被选民批准，那么在将升级应用于主网之前将有24小时以上的延迟。
